Hi, I’m Simon.

I write about psychology, health and personal development. My goal is to seek out the best tools, resources and information to help you move towards your best life, quickly and easily.

About me

I’m a Chartered Psychologist with undergrad and Master’s degrees in Psychology. I’ve studied, taught and applied psychology in the fields of learning development, leadership development, coaching and neurodiversity. I’m accredited by the British Psychological Society to use a range of psychometric tools, with additional qualifications in coaching and NLP.

I’ve worked in the field of psychology for over 25 years and love helping others to figure out what they want, then identify the small, consistent steps to get there – whether that’s your next career step, improving your health or making relationship changes. We all hit bumps along the way and sometimes need a nudge to remember what’s important, regain momentum or spark that ‘lightbulb moment’.

  •  Identify the tools and resources that can help to turbo-charge your progress.

To your success!
